1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase
- You have not used any credits from the purchased package
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available if:
- More than 24 hours have passed since purchase
- Any credits from the package have been used
- The account has been suspended for terms violation
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your account email and order number
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
4. Processing Time
Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for partially used credit packages. If you have used any credits from a package, the entire package becomes non-refundable.
6. Disputes
If you believe you are entitled to a refund but your request was denied, please contact us at support@doudown.com with additional details. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
